Refund policy

Your cancellation rights                                                   
  You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to cancel for   
  any reason. To cancel, email us at info@ridemagnolia.com. You must return the       
  item(s) within 14 days of telling us you'd like to cancel. Items should be 
  unused and in their original packaging. We will refund the full purchase 
  price including standard delivery costs within 14 days. Return postage is  
  at the customer's expense.                                
                                         
Faulty or incorrect items
  If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us 
  within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, we will offer a 
  replacement or repair. These rights are in addition to your statutory      
  rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
